Shipping policy

Fulfillment time depends on demand. We fulfill orders in the order we receive them. Our fulfillment window for 3D printed goods is around 1 week, usually less. You can see the current order queue here.

For international orders, the automated shipping calculations can sometimes result in an overcharge. If this happens, we refund the difference between what you paid for shipping and what we were charged to ship the product to you.

Please note: Products sold through our onsite affiliate programs (which are clearly labeled on their product pages) are not eligible for our offer of free shipping for orders over $50. This is because they're shipped by the primary retailer, not us.
